Halliford Manor

This simple layout is a response to the Georgian house and the much-reduced garden that once extended to the banks of the Thames. A generous terrace provides ample space for seating, large pots and a view to a formal pond framed by formal lawns and yew hedging. Beyond the enclosure a wilder space tempts you to wander and acknowledge a mature cedar, a survivor of the original garden.
